Nightlife Weekend & Special Occasion Promotion | Bahrain

Nightlife Weekend & Special Occasion Promotion — Bahrain

Promotional content for licensed nightlife venues in Bahrain, tailored to weekend programmes and special occasions. Packages start from BHD 20; the final quotation depends on production and promotion requirements.

Starter content package — BHD 20

• One promotional social image for a single event or offer.
• One vertical video edit of up to 15 seconds made from photos or footage supplied by the venue.
• One suggested caption and one consolidated revision round.
• Delivery as ready-to-post digital files; the venue supplies its approved logo, event details, images or footage and permission to use them.

On-site photo and video production — tailored quotation

For venues that need original imagery, we can quote an on-site shoot, edited event photos, short vertical videos, story graphics and an advance posting plan. The proposed larger campaign may cover one venue and one event night, with up to 3 hours of shooting, up to 10 edited photos, two 15–30 second videos and three story graphics. The exact deliverables, shoot date and delivery schedule are confirmed in writing before booking.

Publishing and paid promotion

Publishing to the venue’s approved social accounts and setting up paid advertisements can be quoted separately after agreeing account access, dates, audience and budget. Media spend is paid separately to the platform. Reach, attendance and bookings are not guaranteed.

The venue must provide access and permissions for filming, people, music and materials used. Additional venues, shooting time, translations, extra edits and urgent delivery are quoted separately.
