- Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience date.
- If cancellation is made within the allowed period, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees.
Late Cancellation or No-Show
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking
- Failure to attend (No-Show)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after booking
- Failure to comply with venue policies
- Late arrival or missed entry
- Personal circumstances
4. Changes & Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and partner approval
- We do not guarantee availability for alternative dates
5. Partner Responsibility
Happiness Point acts as a booking platform connecting customers with hotels and venues.
- Each experience is operated by a third-party partner
- Specific policies may vary depending on the partner
- By booking, you agree to the partner’s terms and conditions
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Cancellation by the hotel or venue
- Service not delivered as described
In such cases, we may offer:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Alternative booking
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
